Your personal data will be collected and processed by MXR tactics GmbH (“MXR”). We process
information, including personal data, about www.mxr-tactics.com users using cookies or similar
technologies.

MXR processes your personal data to:

  • Conduct business relationships with you, including ensuring your satisfaction with and providing you with up-to-date information about our products and services

  • This is necessary for the fulfilment of (pre-)contractual obligations towards you

MXR Tracking Business Relationships

MXR processes personal data to maintain business relationships with customers, partners and other
users and to fulfil its obligations arising from pre-contractual and contractual business relationships.
This may include responding to inquiries, processing orders, providing an ordered product or service,
or taking other relevant actions to establish and maintain our business relationships and fulfill related
obligations. These include, but are not limited to:

a) MXR’s products and services may include software or hardware products, web services,
applications, online forums, webinars and events, non-marketing newsletters, white papers, training
courses, and other offerings such as contests or sweepstakes. If you purchase or intend to
purchase MXR products or services on behalf of a corporate customer, or otherwise act as a point
of contact for the business relationship between MXR and a corporate customer or partner (“Client
Contact”), MXR will use your personal information for this purpose. MXR may use your personal
information to confirm your account opening, to administer the performance of the contract, and to
send you notices, payment notifications, and other information about our products and services as
required by law. MXR can respond to inquiries related to this, provide you with the necessary
support, and process your feedback. As part of your or your employer’s use of our products or
services, MXR may communicate with you by mail, email, live chat, contact form, telephone, or
other medium to respond to questions or address complaints from you, a user, or a customer, or to
investigate suspicious activity.

b) Development of Products and Services: As part of a business relationship between you or your
employer and MXR, MXR may process your personal information for internal research purposes,
for the demonstration and development of technologies, and to assist MXR in designing,
developing, operating, providing, improving, updating, or expanding MXR products and services.
MXR may process personal data to create anonymized data sets that can then be used to improve
MXR’s products and services.

and MXR, MXR processes your personal data to determine your satisfaction with the features and
quality of our products and services, and to provide you with relevant information about our latest
product announcements, software updates or upgrades, events, special offers, and other
information about MXR’s software and services that are relevant and useful to you.

d) Information about products or services: As part of a business relationship between you and MXR,
MXR processes your personal data to inform you about MXR events, products or services that are
similar to or related to products and services you have already purchased or used. MXR will notify
you of such messages by mail, email, telephone or other electronic means if MXR has collected
such information in the course of a business relationship or received it from a publicly available
source to the extent permitted by law or with your consent. You have the right to object to MXR’s

  • If you consent to MXR using your personal data to provide you with additional information about MXR products and services (general marketing consent), MXR will process your data as described in the section above.

What categories of personal data does MXR process?

MXR processes various types of personal data about the individuals with whom we interact in the
course of our business activities or the operation of our various websites and other communication
channels. Depending on the specific case, this may include the following types of personal data:

a) Contact Data: MXR processes the following categories of personal data as contact data: first name,
last name, email addresses, postal address/city (country, state, city), telephone numbers and
history of your business relationship with MXR.

b) Personal data related to the business relationship with MXR: In connection with business
relationships, MXR processes the name of your company, industry, your job title or role, department
and function, and the history of your company’s business relationship with MXR. If you provide a

Depending on the event and subject to appropriate notification to attendees, MXR may make audio and video recordings of the event or session.
  • Personal Data Collected in the Context of Applying for a Job at MXR: MXR processes personal data of individuals who apply for a job at MXR.

e) Personal Information Required to Improve Customer Satisfaction: To the extent permitted by law or
subject to your consent, MXR may aggregate information collected directly or indirectly about
certain users to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information.

How long does MXR keep your personal data?

MXR may retain your personal data for a longer period of time if it is necessary to comply with legal
requirements regarding the processing of your personal data or if MXR needs the personal data to
assert or defend against legal claims. In this case, MXR will retain your personal data until the expiry
of the relevant retention period or until the claims have been resolved. MXR will only retain your
personal data for as long as it is necessary:

  • to provide you with the products and services requested by you or your employer
  • to develop products and services until this is no longer necessary or until MXR is notified of a change in your relationship with the MXR customer
  • to fulfill MXR’s legitimate business purposes as set out in this Privacy Statement, unless you have objected to MXR’s use of your personal information for those purposes.
  • To comply with MXR’s legal obligations to retain personal information, including those arising from, but are not limited to, applicable export, financial, tax, or commercial laws.
  • until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data that you have previously given to MXR.

Who will your personal data be shared with?

MXR Partners: With your consent or in accordance with your instructions, including for the provision
of the services you have ordered, MXR may share your personal information with designated partner
companies in order to provide you with the products or services you have requested.

What data protection rights do you have and how can you exercise them?

MXR respects your legal rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. To the extent
required by applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access or update your personal data that we hold about you.
  • Right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to MXR where MXR is using your personal data on the basis of your consent or to perform a contract with you.   • Right to erasure of your personal data that we hold about you. Please note that MXR can only delete or delete your personal data if there is no legal obligation to retain it.
  • Right to object to the further processing of your personal data by MXR, if and to the extent that MXR processes your personal data on the basis of its legitimate interest.
